DOWA Thermotech's Sooting-Free Endothermic Gas Generator (SF-4000-EN-RG) is a gas-heated system employing a regenerative gas burner, achieving a compact footprint similar to electric heating. It significantly reduces manufacturing, energy, and maintenance costs, and improves environmental performance by cutting CO2 emissions. Its double-pass retort and specialized heating prevent soot formation, eliminating burn-out. The SF-4000-EN-RG generates 56-112 m³/hr of reformed gas at 1080°C, with typical compositions of 23.5-24.5% CO, 0.22-0.28% CO2, and 0.00-0.04% CH4.
