DOWA's TKM Series Heat Treatment Furnaces excel in uniform heating, carburizing, and cooling, prioritizing quality management and maintenance. These furnaces feature high-efficiency regenerative gas burners, achieving over 30% CO2 emission reduction and a 20% shorter total lead time. A new ceramic insulation structure significantly lowers furnace body surface temperatures. Models range from TKM-40ERT to TKM-120ERT, operating at a common temperature of 930°C, with processing capacities from 320 kg to 820 kg per batch. They utilize gas heating and a pusher conveyance system for efficient operation.
