【In Thailand】Precision Resin Parts Contract Manufacturing | Full Support from Mold Design to Mass Production
Sourcing precision resin parts from overseas suppliers often brings communication risk and delays in production start-up. Hakkai Precision (Thailand), located in the Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya, offers a fully integrated service — from mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, to coil winding and assembly — all under one roof.
We support engineering plastics such as Polycarbonate (PC) and Polyacetal (POM), with mass production capacity reaching a cumulative tens of millions of units.
The company has received Board of Investment (BOI) promotion since February 2005, and since late October 2025 has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Otsuka Chemical Co., Ltd. (part of the Otsuka Holdings group).

Why Customers Choose Us
- Financial Stability Under the Otsuka Group
Supplier financial stability is a key factor for B2B procurement teams, especially on long-term projects.
Hakkai Precision (Thailand) has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Otsuka Chemical Co., Ltd. since late October 2025. As part of Otsuka Holdings (consolidated sales over ¥2.3 trillion, 34,000+ employees, 174 group companies worldwide), we can guarantee stable delivery even for long-term automotive projects or large new programs.
- Fully Integrated Production in Thailand — Mold to Coil Winding and Assembly
When mold making, injection molding, coil winding, and assembly are split across multiple suppliers, identifying the cause of defects becomes difficult, leading to delays or inconsistent quality.
We run a fully integrated production line under one roof — mold design, flow analysis, mold manufacturing, injection molding, coil winding, and assembly — reducing risk from inter-factory transport, consolidating the customer's point of contact, shortening development time, and maintaining reliable precision from start to finish, entirely in Thailand.
- Japanese Engineers On-Site, Managed Directly Locally
Outsourcing to an overseas production base carries the risk that design intent, tight tolerances, or appearance standards aren't fully communicated to shop-floor staff, resulting in rework or defects.
Our Ayutthaya factory has resident Japanese engineers and managers overseeing everything from technical meetings to quality assurance, applying the same standards as our head office in Japan (hakkai Co., Ltd.). Customers can discuss details directly on-site, without shipping parts back and forth between Thailand and Japan — cutting cost, delay, and speeding up production start-up.
- IATF 16949 and a BCP Ready for Any Situation
Our factory has held IATF 16949 certification (automotive quality management standard) since March 2018, alongside ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Following the 2011 floods, we raised electrical receiving equipment to prevent flood damage, and in 2021 installed rooftop solar panels to strengthen energy security.

- Design Verification via Flow Analysis Software: Case Study — Smart Toilet Filter Mesh
Complex parts such as thin mesh walls often develop flash or short shots if molds are made without prior verification. We use "MOLDEX 3D 2024" to simulate resin flow and venting paths before cutting the actual mold, greatly reducing mold revision cycles.
Proven results: Filter mesh for TOTO — This ultra-fine mesh part, prone to flash and short shots with standard processes, was fully verified through flow analysis, achieving perfect parts from the very first trial run.
- High-Performance Engineering Plastics: Case Study — Relocating Switch/Relay Production from China
Beyond POM and PC, we also support Polyetherimide (PEI) and Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS), as well as "POTICON," a composite resin blended with "TISMO" potassium titanate fiber from our parent company, Otsuka Chemical — improving sliding properties, reducing wear, and enabling grease-free operation.
Proven results: PEI switch/relay parts for Panasonic — When Panasonic relocated production from China, our Thailand plant maintained consistent, high-precision quality. We currently produce around 40% of Panasonic's PEI parts at our Ayutthaya factory.
- Ultra-Fine Molding and Automotive Insert Molding
Proven results: G-SHOCK gear for Casio, with a 0.1mm shaft — We handled part of the highly challenging mold manufacturing, maintaining shaft machining precision to the standard accepted by the parent factory in Japan.
Proven results: Automotive insert parts for HI-LEX Act — Since this year, we've launched a new large-format insert molding project requiring precise metal terminal placement and secure bonding, meeting the tight tolerances and leak-prevention standards required in automotive environments.
Consultation for Prototyping and Mass Production
- Smooth Technical Discussion and Production Start-Up in Thailand
Japanese engineers and managers resident at our Ayutthaya factory serve as the Japanese-language point of contact from the first meeting through to production start. Using customer-supplied 3D data, we run flow analysis in advance to prevent defects before they occur — reducing coordination through Japan and shortening the timeline from prototype to stable mass production.

FAQ
Q1. Can you handle mold design, molding, coil winding, and assembly all together?
A. Yes. We operate a fully integrated production system under one roof, reducing transport risk and giving customers a single point of contact.
Q2. Can you support relocating production from China, or urgent capacity increases?
A. Yes. With plant utilization at only around 42%, we have ample spare capacity and can set up a production line quickly under Japanese management.
Q3. Can we consult on products using Otsuka Chemical's "TISMO" or "POTICON"?
A. Yes. We have extensive know-how in molding TISMO fiber-reinforced materials, which improve sliding properties, reduce wear, and enable grease-free operation — and can propose design approaches suited to your requirements.
Q4. Are there any restrictions on quality audits for new automotive part programs?
A. Our factory has held IATF 16949 certification since March 2018. Process capability control and traceability standards required for automotive parts are already standard practice on our production lines, and we can smoothly support quality audits and customer approval processes.
