Why Test Before Installation?

Testing the centrifugal separator with actual fluid from the customer’s factory helps ensure a more accurate and cost-effective investment compared with purchasing a system without prior testing.

Sample Preparation and Separation Test Procedure

TOUTO’s Work Test / Separation Test is conducted according to the following standard procedure:

Step 1 — Sample Preparation
The customer prepares approximately 20 liters or more of contaminated fluid. We recommend collecting the sample from an area that represents the actual sludge concentration in the production process. The sample should be placed in a tightly sealed container to prevent leakage during transportation.

Step 2 — Separation Process
The first separation cycle is performed to observe the initial results. The fluid is then continuously circulated through the separator for one hour to simulate actual operating conditions on the production line.

Step 3 — Return of Test Results
The fluids obtained from both separation conditions, together with the separated sludge, are returned to the customer for inspection and independent fluid or water quality analysis.
