Industrial Cleaning Machine and Related System Lineup

An overview of each machine and system follows.

Hydrocarbon Cleaning Machines

These machines use hydrocarbon as the cleaning fluid and excel at degreasing. The lineup includes the fully automatic DS Series, the semi-automatic CS Series, the one-cycle AS Series, and large custom-designed models.

CS and DS Series are systems designed and built to order. Tank layout and fluid configuration can be specified, along with options such as conveyance, filtration, and safety mechanisms. Cleaning, drying, and recycling are all built in, delivering high productivity at low cost.

AS Series is a compact, cost-conscious, one-cycle hydrocarbon vacuum cleaning machine. Once a workpiece is loaded, the machine runs automatically from cleaning through drying, and workpiece changeovers and settings are handled from the touch panel.

Large special-purpose cleaning machines handle pallets loaded with workpieces after heat treatment, as well as long items such as pipes. Units have been built to handle lengths up to 7 m and loaded weights up to 1.5 t.

Aqueous/Hydrocarbon Multi-Cleaning Machines

The CWS and DWS Series are multi-cleaning machines that use water-soluble cleaning fluid together with hydrocarbon cleaning fluid.

When workpieces carry many different types of contamination, the machine separates fluids and process steps within a single unit. Cleaning fluids, tank configuration, and cleaning methods are combined to design the best process for each customer.

By combining the strengths of water-soluble and hydrocarbon cleaning fluids, these machines also address the drying, residue, and staining issues that have been challenges in conventional water-soluble cleaning.

Vacuum Distillation Recycling Machines for Hydrocarbon Cleaning Fluid: High Recovery Rate, High Purity

The ADR Series is a distillation recycling machine for hydrocarbon cleaning fluid, developed in-house by ACT FIVE. It separates the oil contamination dissolved in used cleaning fluid so that the fluid can be reused as clean fluid.

As cleaning continues, oil brought in by workpieces raises the oil concentration in the cleaning tank. If cleaning continues in that state, the fluid itself becomes too contaminated to clean workpieces. The ACT FIVE ADR Series separates the oil that has come off workpieces and dissolved into the cleaning fluid, restoring the fluid to the same condition as new. It is an essential machine for keeping high-quality cleaning stable.

Inline and Continuous Cleaning Machines

We also manufacture the IIIBW and BS Series inline cleaning machines for mass production lines, the IIICW and DW Series aqueous cleaning machines, and the IIIHW and HS Series hoop cleaning machines.

• IIIBW and BS Series are cleaning machines designed specifically for integration into automated mass production lines. Cleaning mechanisms such as immersion and spray, as well as drying mechanisms, can be customized, and conveyance is designed to match the customer's line specifications.
• IIICW and DW Series are batch-type machines that clean water-soluble coolant, cutting chips, fingerprints and hand oils, and rust-preventive oil from ferrous and aluminum workpieces. Designs are tailored to the operating environment and required quality, covering not only the cleaning and drying mechanisms but also fluid management such as filtration.
• IIIHW and HS Series work in coordination with presses and reels, cleaning workpieces continuously in hoop form. They support hydrocarbon, alkaline, and aqueous cleaning.

AI and Cleaning Process Monitoring

The ACT FIVE AI (Act Innovation) series monitors the cleaning process and equipment condition. It detects abnormalities when they occur and adjusts the set conditions to keep quality stable.

• AIS-ROM measures the oil concentration in the tank during cleaning and monitors it in real time. It estimates workpiece cleanliness from the concentration of oil dissolved in the cleaning fluid and detects abnormalities such as insufficient cleaning.
• AI Clean LPC uses an inline LPC sensor to monitor contaminants and particles in the cleaning tank in real time. Like AIS-ROM, it detects cleaning abnormalities.
• AI Dry predicts and manages the drying state inside the tank from changes in temperature and vacuum level in the drying tank. It watches for residual cleaning fluid caused by poor drying.
• The inline ultrasonic monitor uses a probe mounted in the tank to observe changes in sound pressure at a fixed point, monitoring the cleaning power of the ultrasonic unit.

Conveyance Equipment and Cleaning Jigs

As equipment related to cleaning machines, we also design and manufacture various conveyance equipment, cleaning jigs, and conveyance jigs.

Not only conveyance equipment such as return conveyors, stock conveyors, direction changers, and transfer carts, but also peripheral equipment such as inspection and measurement devices and palletizers are designed and manufactured in Thailand. These can also be ordered individually, separate from a cleaning machine.

We also make baskets, cleaning trays, cleaning jigs, and conveyance jigs to suit workpiece shapes and work methods.
