The IIICWS and DWS Series are multi-cleaning machines that combine aqueous and hydrocarbon systems.

When workpieces carry many different types of contamination, cleaning fluids and process steps are separated for cleaning. By combining cleaning fluids, tank configuration, and cleaning methods, these machines improve cleaning and drying performance while reducing running costs.

They also address the drying, residue, and staining issues that have been challenges in conventional aqueous cleaning.

IIIHW and HS Series Hoop Cleaning Machines

The IIIHW and HS Series are machines that continuously clean material in hoop form. They operate in coordination with presses and reels, cleaning the material while it remains in hoop form.

They support hydrocarbon, alkaline, and aqueous cleaning.

IIIBW and BS Series Inline Cleaning Machines / IIICW and DS Series Aqueous Cleaning Machines

The IIIBW and BS Series and the IIICW and DS Series are cleaning machines for workpieces such as ferrous and aluminum parts. They clean water-soluble coolant, cutting chips, fingerprints and hand oils, rust-preventive oil, and more.
