IIICS and DS Series Automatic Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Machines

The IIICS and DS Series are versatile, highly flexible cleaning machines that meet the needs of manufacturing sites, including defect reduction, higher quality, and labor savings.

In addition to tank layout and fluid configuration, heating, circulation filtration, and safety measures are combined, and both automatic and manual specifications are designed and built to order according to the application.

Cleaning, drying, and cleaning fluid recycling functions are also integrated into a single unit.

IIIAS Series One-Cycle Hydrocarbon Cleaning Machines

The IIIAS Series is a one-cycle hydrocarbon cleaning machine with lower cost and a compact equipment layout, aimed at making hydrocarbon cleaning easier to adopt.

It provides cleaning, drying, and recycling functions. After the target workpiece is loaded, the machine runs the process from cleaning through drying. Workpiece changeovers and various settings are operated from the touch panel.

It is a hydrocarbon cleaning machine with a configuration different from the IIICS and DS Series, including in equipment space and operability.

Large Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Machines

For large and long workpieces, we offer large vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning machines. They handle workpieces after heat treatment as well as long items such as pipes.

Specifications with a large distiller are available, and machines have been built for lengths up to 7 m and weights up to 1.5 t. We have a track record of building machines even for large workpieces that are difficult to handle with cleaning machines of general size.
