Key Features of the TSK-31N/51N

The TSK-31N and TSK-51N are Manual Centrifugal Separators designed for applications where installation space is limited. Their key features include:

• Nozzle Type
  The nozzle installed on the N models helps reduce foam and water mist during the fluid separation process. By reducing contact between the fluid and air, the nozzle helps improve flow performance and contributes to a cleaner working environment.
• Filterless System — No Filters Required
  The system uses centrifugal force directly to separate contaminants from fluids. There are no consumable filter costs and no problems caused by filter clogging.
• Manual Sludge Scraping
  Once the sludge has accumulated to capacity, the operator can remove the rotor, weighing approximately 5–15 kg, and manually scrape out the sludge with ease.
• Space-Saving Design
  The machine weighs only 50–100 kg, making it significantly lighter than the automatic CF Series, which weighs approximately 450–785 kg. This makes the TSK-31N and TSK-51N suitable for factories with limited installation space.
• Flexible Installation
  The system supports connection with flexible hoses, making it easier to route contaminated fluid into the separator and return clean fluid to the tank. The piping layout can also be adjusted according to actual site conditions.

Note — Precautions for Outlet Pipe Installation:

• The outlet pipe must always be directed downward. Do not install it horizontally.
• Do not restrict or reduce the diameter of the outlet pipe.
• The end of the outlet pipe must not be submerged below the fluid level, or sufficient space must be provided to allow air to escape.

Operating Mechanism

Contaminated fluid is drawn into a rotor rotating at high speed. The centrifugal separator generates centrifugal force equivalent to 500–1,500 times the force of gravity, forcing solid particles to separate from the fluid and collect on the inner wall of the rotor.

Meanwhile, the cleaned fluid is continuously discharged from the separator.
