Key Features of the TSK Series

The TSK Series is specifically designed to overcome the limitations of manual models, with a mechanism that helps reduce operator workload and lower long-term operating costs.

1. Lever-Operated Sludge Scraping
   Sludge can be scraped from the rotor without removing the rotor for external cleaning. This helps reduce the risk of injury and significantly shortens cleaning time.

   The system uses centrifugal force to separate contaminants from liquids. There are no consumable costs for filters or filter cloths, and there is no risk of filter clogging during operation.

Operating Mechanism

Contaminated fluid is fed into a rotor rotating at high speed, generating centrifugal force equivalent to 500–1,500 times the force of gravity.

This centrifugal force pushes the sludge outward, causing it to separate from the fluid and adhere to the inner wall of the rotor. Meanwhile, the cleaned fluid is returned to the system for continued use.

Once the sludge has accumulated to capacity, the operator simply uses the lever to scrape the sludge directly into the sludge box below. There is no need to remove any components.
