The AMADA MM-315B Weld Tester is a handy, multi-functional device designed for precise measurement of weld current and welding time, essential for stable resistance welding quality control. Technically, the MM-315B offers a wide weld current measuring range from 1.0 kA (Lo) to 49.9 kA (Hi) RMS, with high accuracy (e.g., ±(1% rdg + 3 dgt) for single-phase AC in the 49.9 kA range). It measures weld time from 1 to 99 cycles (AC) or 0.01 to 0.80 seconds (DC), and conduction degrees from 30 to 180. The device supports various resistance welding units, including single-phase AC, rectified AC, pulsation, and DC inverter types.
