The AMADA ENSIS-AJe Series fiber laser machine, including models like ENSIS-3015AJe, ENSIS-4020AJe, and the dual-purpose ENSIS-3015Rle for flat sheet and tube/structural steel, offers wide-range, high-speed, and high-quality processing for variable batch production, leveraging AMADA's original ENSIS technology. Available in 3kW, 6kW, 9kW, and 12kW power options, the system features automatic beam control with a Variable Beam Control Unit and Auto Collimation (for high power models), optimizing beam shape for diverse material types and thicknesses, significantly reducing process times and costs by up to 81.7% compared to conventional CO2 lasers, and improving cutting surface quality and bevel angles (up to 90% reduction). Technical specifications include a 1.08 µm wavelength LD excitation fiber laser, rapid traverse of 170 m/min, and an AMNC 4ie NC system for advanced control. The ENSIS-AJe boasts superior energy efficiency, consuming approximately one-third the power of CO2 lasers, and a simple oscillator structure for low maintenance. Its advanced features include the AMNC 4ie NC system with facial recognition, mobile HMI for remote monitoring, and a Laser Integration System with i-Nozzle Checker, i-Optics Sensor, and i-Process Monitoring for automated, stable processing. Optional functions like automatic nozzle changers, dual gas systems, and specialized cutting technologies (Smart Edge, Fiber Silky Cut, DR cutting) further enhance versatility. Comprehensive automation solutions such as AS-C pallet changers, AS-T twin towers, ASFH fork-type pallet changers, and TK 3015L take-out loaders maximize productivity and support continuous operation and parts sorting. The system is integrated with AMADA's VPSS 4ie software, including CAM for blanking and rotary index applications, and SheetWorks for 3D modeling, all connected through the V-factory concept for real-time visualization and optimization of machine operation, production, and maintenance.
