The AMADA MIB-300A/600A AC Inverter Welding Power Supply significantly upgrades existing AC welding systems, improving heat efficiency and reducing magnetization and the Peltier effect on workpieces. It allows continued use of current AC welder transformers. This system minimizes coating material burn and reduces electrode slant abrasion and uneven nugget size, particularly for dissimilar material welding, through optimized current waveforms. Technical features include precise secondary constant current control and an increased maximum pulsation count. Advanced waveform control, with interrupt, up-slope, and down-slope settings for WELD1-WELD3, ensures precise welding conditions and prevents workpiece deformation. Available in 300A and 600A models, these units support 3-phase 200-480V AC input with adjustable output frequencies, making them ideal for high-quality, precise welding applications requiring enhanced control and weld integrity.
