The AMADA FINE SPOT-INVERTER IS-300A is a compact, high-power DC inverter welding power supply designed for high-quality fusing, exemplified by applications like welding covered wires. It integrates six advanced control methods, including primary/secondary constant-current, constant-power, constant-voltage, peak value, and constant-phase control. This enables detailed weld schedules with pulsation, upslope/downslope, and weld stop settings, alongside power supply voltage fluctuation compensation. Technically, the IS-300A delivers a maximum output current of 300A (at 4.4% duty cycle) and an output frequency of 600-3000 Hz. It supports connecting up to five transformers via an optional MA-650A for enhanced productivity. The optional MA-660A Program Unit features a color LCD for monitoring current, voltage, and power, multi-language support, and vertical installation. Comprehensive timer settings and protective functions ensure precise and safe operation.
