They feature a rise time 4.5 times faster than conventional models, direct transistor-controlled weld current (eliminating transformers), and a built-in pre-check function. Three control methods are available: constant current for stable welding; constant voltage to suppress initial current surges and expulsion, ideal for high-resistance materials; and a combination mode for optimized stability. With maximum weld currents up to 9990A (MD-A8000B) at 30V and comprehensive parameter monitoring, they are ideal for precision applications demanding fast, stable, and precisely controlled welding.
