Our Thai factory (Yoshioka Seiki Thailand Co., Ltd.) was established in the WHA Industrial Estate in Rayong Province, Thailand, as a production base in Southeast Asia. We have established an integrated production system, primarily for automotive-related parts, with aluminum die casting as our core technology, encompassing machining, surface treatment, and assembly.

Based on over 20 years of die-casting technology and quality control know-how cultivated at our headquarters in China, we aim to provide Japanese quality globally, achieving stable high-quality and high-efficiency production in Thailand as well. As a supply base particularly for the North American and Asian markets, our strengths lie in our ability to meet short delivery times and maintain cost competitiveness.

Furthermore, regarding quality, to meet the demands of the automotive industry, we have established various inspection facilities and a traceability system, implementing thorough in-process quality control. In addition, under an operational structure with multinational personnel, we are focusing on the education and skill improvement of local staff, building a foundation for sustainable growth.

Currently, in line with business expansion, we are proceeding with the construction of a second phase factory, with a new factory of approximately 50,000 sqm scheduled to commence operations in 2026. This will enable a significant increase in production capacity and the ability to handle more advanced products.

Moving forward, leveraging our global network, we will continue to pursue the optimization of quality, cost, and delivery as the ideal manufacturing partner for our customers.
