If there are pinholes or micro-cracks inside the anode, the plating solution can seep in and corrode the core material, leading to plating defects or sudden electrode failure. We perform pinhole inspections after machining, as well as liquid penetrant testing (color checks) on all units, conducting strict quality control based on Japanese standards. Such detailed production management reduces the risk of liquid penetration prior to delivery, ensuring higher durability and safety for the electrodes we deliver to our customers.
