The MG CO., LTD. DL30-G is an IoT-era Web Data Logger designed for on-site installation, offering comprehensive data logging, monitoring, and control capabilities. It collects and logs various on-site data, automatically generating daily, monthly, and yearly reports. The device integrates a web server, enabling real-time monitoring via a standard browser on PCs or tablets without requiring dedicated software. Its seven core functions include robust logging of up to 128 channels for over ten years on an SD card, automatic report creation in CSV format, and event-triggered email notifications for alarms or equipment status changes to up to 64 recipients. The DL30-G also provides an on-site web server for remote monitoring, a scheduling function for automated equipment control, enhanced communication control supporting diverse protocols, and operation monitoring via Andon and Gantt charts. Technically, the DL30-G supports various communication protocols such as Modbus/TCP (master/slave), SLMP, FTP/FTPS, HTTP/HTTPS, and SNTP, facilitating seamless data collection from PLCs, remote I/O devices, and various networks, including 900-920 MHz ISM band wireless systems. It handles up to 128 logging channels with configurable sampling cycles (from seconds to hours), performs arithmetic processing (e.g., square root, moving average, scaling) on collected data, and stores data in internal memory and on SD cards (a 16GB card can store 10+ years of data for 64 channels at 1-minute cycles). The unit supports up to 16 R30 I/O modules, operates on 24V DC power, and has an operating temperature range of 0 to 50°C.
