Company Information
We are the Thai subsidiary of Nippon Denka Kogyosho Co., Ltd., a technical trading company founded in Japan in 1929.
We provide comprehensive, one-stop support ranging from the supply of electrical equipment and materials to the design and manufacturing of distribution boards and control panels, on-site installation, and solutions for energy saving and electrical safety.
In addition to delivering reliable services from our Bangkok base, we are further strengthening collaboration with our Vietnam subsidiary, VINADENKA in Hanoi, as well as our newly established Ho Chi Minh City office. Through this regional network, we aim to support companies expanding into Thailand and contribute to the continued development of manufacturing operations across the ASEAN region.

My name is Keisuke Uemura, Managing Director of Nippon Denka Kogyosho (Thailand) Ltd.
Our company was established in October 2024 as the Thai subsidiary of Nippon Denka Kogyosho Co., Ltd., a Japan-based company founded in 1929. For nearly a century, our parent company has supported Japan’s manufacturing and plant industries as a specialized trading and engineering company in the field of industrial electrical control equipment.
In Thailand, our goal is to go beyond the conventional supply of electrical and electronic equipment, components, and materials. We are committed to developing a responsive local inventory and delivery system while providing high-value-added solutions that directly address the needs of our customers’ production sites and facilities.
As one of our first initiatives, we have established local inventory in Thailand for pull boxes manufactured by Yashima Denko, which holds approximately 70% of the Japanese domestic market. We will continue to strengthen our stock availability and rapid delivery capabilities in response to the needs of the Thai market.
We are also an authorized distributor in Thailand for M-System Co., Ltd., a highly trusted manufacturer of signal conditioners and instrumentation equipment, enabling us to provide customers with a reliable and consistent supply of products.
In addition, we are an authorized dealer for “Ai-Glies,” an automatic air-conditioning control solution that can significantly reduce electricity consumption, as well as “Sobrain,” which provides leakage-current investigation services using its proprietary TrueR technology and insulation monitoring systems.
From equipment selection and installation to control systems and energy optimization proposals, we provide comprehensive support tailored to each customer’s requirements.
Leveraging the expertise and experience cultivated in Japan, we also provide design and manufacturing services for distribution boards and control panels, together with on-site installation, maintenance, energy-saving initiatives, and facility improvement solutions. Through these capabilities, we strive to be a trusted long-term partner for our customers’ manufacturing operations.
