The KOGANEI alpha series Systematic Handling Modules (SHM Series) offer high-precision, rigid pneumatic actuators designed to optimize factory automation lines. These modular units standardize handling operations into seven core functions: fixed, rotary, linear, error absorption, and gripping, facilitating rapid assembly of handling units and reducing design time and costs. Key features include guaranteed high precision, with repeatability for shift modules at ±0.05mm and compliance modules at ±0.02mm, alongside a standardized mounting pitch for flexible combinations. The optimal payload capacity ranges from 250g for S-size to 1000g for L-size. The series encompasses various modules such as fixed (SHM11), rotary (SHM21), reversing (SHM31), shift (SHM41), cushion (SHM51), compliance (SHM61/62), and parallel clamp (SHM71/72) modules.
