The blow unit (DTY-WB01) features a high-frequency AC ionizer (DTY-ELK01) with excellent ion balance (±15V) and a pulse blower function, ensuring efficient dust removal with reduced air consumption. It includes one ion air nozzle and two air blow nozzles, with diverse nozzle variations available. Technical specifications include 24VDC input, 0.2-0.7 MPa operating pressure, and RS485 communication. It supports connection to photoelectric sensors, capable of detecting clear workpieces, and electrostatic potential sensors for precise charge removal process control, along with external I/O and dedicated support software.
