The KOGANEI Ion Wiper is a modular system for charge removal, dust removal, and dust collection, offering flexible equipment design and layout optimized for various workpieces. Its core innovation lies in splitting these functions into distinct modules, enabling easy in-line installation on factory assembly lines and adaptable integration with commercially available aluminum frames for custom box models (A4/A3 sizes). The blow unit (DTY-WB01) features a high-frequency AC ionizer (DTY-ELK01) with excellent ion balance (±15V) and a pulse blower function, ensuring efficient dust removal with reduced air consumption. It includes one ion air nozzle and two air blow nozzles, with diverse nozzle variations available. Technical specifications include 24VDC input, 0.2-0.7 MPa operating pressure, and RS485 communication. It supports connection to photoelectric sensors, capable of detecting clear workpieces, and electrostatic potential sensors for precise charge removal process control, along with external I/O and dedicated support software. The dust collection unit (DTY-ZMW01) significantly improves performance, approximately doubling that of previous models, and can incorporate a dust sensor for enhanced monitoring. It boasts a maximum current consumption of 1.0A and an exhaust flow rate of 2000 L/min (71 ft³/min), with a filter scavenging performance of 62%.
