3D Fiber Laser Stereo Processing

By introducing a 3D laser cutting machine (such as HG TECH), we support the cutting of complex irregular-shaped square pipes, such as those used in driver's seat cabins for construction machinery. 3D cutting on R-corners and hole drilling are also supported.

• Inspection System: We perform dimensional verifications based on drawings using 3D measuring machines (such as Mitutoyo).

A. Yes, it is possible. We support cut-to-length sales from a single steel tube or round bar, and we also offer small-delivery services mainly to Japanese enterprises in Thailand.

Q. How is quality guaranteed for Chinese or Indonesian materials?
A. Materials are procured from partner manufacturers selected through FUSOH TUBE PARTS' "wholesaler expertise" and are fully equipped with mill sheets (inspection certificates). We also conduct receiving inspections in Japan or Thailand as necessary to verify quality before delivery.

Q. Can we receive cost-reduction proposals based on our drawings?
A. Proposals are available from both material selection and processing stages. We support from the perspective of both a trading company and a manufacturer, such as switching from expensive materials to global materials of equivalent performance, or reviewing shapes for shorter processing times.
