The TS Scrubber System is an advanced solution for treating exhaust gases from painting booths, effectively handling paint spray mist, VOCs, ozone deodorization, and NOx removal. This system utilizes TS1502 (a solvent recovery agent) and TS1400 (a solvent mist adsorbent), combined with nano bubbles and ozonolytic decomposition technology. Its core mechanism involves making paint resin non-adhesive and flocculating it, while ozone decomposes VOCs, ensuring high removal efficiency for various solvents, often exceeding 70-80%. The high-collection eliminator facilitates efficient gas-liquid contact, and nano bubbles enhance the decomposition process and simplify sludge collection. Available in models from TSB-50 to TSB-300, the system offers diverse capacities, with exhaust fan capacities ranging from 50 to 300 m³/min and tank volumes from 1000 to 5600 liters, demonstrating its versatility for different industrial scales.
