IoT Kaizen Smart Manufacturing_Brochure

This "IoT Kaizen for Smart Manufacturing" course, presented by the Thai-German Institute (TGI) and SAM, is designed to empower manufacturing professionals to transform their production lines into smart factories using advanced monitoring systems. The intensive 3-day program provides a deep dive into Lean Automation Concepts and critical production metrics such as EBOM/MBOM/BOP, Takt Time, CT STD., and CT actual. A core feature is the practical application of Kaizen principles through hands-on LEGO Assembly exercises, allowing participants to analyze and improve processes before and after interventions, with a focus on time recording, Yamazumi, and OA settings. The curriculum also extensively covers the iXacs system, including its development history and dashboard functionalities, alongside practical sessions on stopwatch data input and demo learning to identify Kaizen points and enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Further enriching the learning experience are a factory tour, cost value analysis, exploration of iXacs success cases, discussions on Carbon Neutral initiatives, and the application of Yokoten boards, all aimed at equipping attendees with the technical expertise and practical strategies required for smart manufacturing optimization and achieving significant operational improvements.
