Rust-preventive film "Intercept Technology" solves these problems
1 Rust-preventive films and papers coated with rust-preventive oil or volatile corrosion inhibitors (VCI) require regular maintenance. However, this product contains special copper particles and desiccant kneaded into the film itself, allowing for continuous storage without needing to replace the film or reapply rust-preventive oil.2 Since no rust-preventive oil is used, application and degreasing work are eliminated, and products can be handled without worrying about uneven coating. As the work only involves wrapping and unwrapping with the rust-preventive film, it leads to cost reductions from various perspectives, such as shortening working hours and reducing labor costs.
3 We handle large rolls up to 6,000mm x 45m, allowing large products such as helicopters and ships to be protected without disassembly by taping and shrink-wrapping.
Rust prevention can be achieved simply by wrapping products of various sizes with the film.
Static Intercept
An LDPE (low-density polyethylene) based rust-preventive film that enables long-term rust prevention and permanent antistatic properties. It combines "rust prevention," "sterilization capability," and "conductivity."
