NS CLEAN W TYPE

Displaces water and removes particles.

NS CLEAN W type is a hydrocarbon-based cleaning agent with a special surfactant, offering excellent water displacement and particulate removal. It effectively removes water-soluble stains and disperses inorganic particles (metals, ceramics, abrasive chips). Two variants, 100W and 220W, have distinct properties: 100W (density 0.737 g/cm³, flash point 52°C, Class II petroleum) and 220W (density 0.756 g/cm³, flash point 81°C, Class III petroleum). Both are light yellow transparent. Reactivity is minimal with stainless steel and aluminum, but higher for brass, copper, and zinc. Rinsing is mandatory. Its mechanism involves surfactant adsorption for water separation and particle dispersion.
