<p>ECOSAS Fiber is a high-performance oil absorbent material for oil-water separators. Made of polypropylene, it strongly removes oil from oil-contaminated wastewater, allowing only clean water to pass through. Once absorbed, the oil does not pass through, demonstrating exceptional retention capacity. Its technical characteristics lie in its hydrophobic and oleophilic properties, which enable it to absorb up to 1.1 liters of oil per sheet (approx. 20g), 55 times its own weight, while not absorbing any water and efficiently absorbing and retaining only oil without sinking in water. This improves the performance of oil-water separators and reduces environmental impact. The product is offered in various forms such as sheets, bulk, rolls, and netted types, with 540mm square and 540mm x 820mm sheet types also available. It can be applied to various types of oil-water separators, such as partitions, final tanks, and manhole-type separators, and can be easily torn by hand and installed according to the application. Replacement and installation in conjunction with monthly vacuum cleaning are recommended, contributing to efficient oil removal and water quality improvement.</p>
