NS Clean® is a hydrocarbon-based cleaning agent designed for industrial applications, prioritizing both performance and environmental compatibility. It offers significantly reduced toxicity and odor, creating a safer and more pleasant working environment. Environmentally, NS Clean® does not deplete the ozone layer, contains no chlorine or aromatic ingredients, and has minimal impact on human health. It is highly biodegradable and not subject to stringent regulations under the Air Pollution Control Law, Work Safety and Hygiene Law (regarding organic solvent poisoning), or the PRTR Law. A core technical advantage of NS Clean® is its 'single substance' composition. This design eliminates highly inflammable light ingredients, resulting in a comparatively high flash point and enhanced safety. It also prevents slow-drying heavy ingredients, leading to superior drying ability compared to multi-component hydrocarbon mixtures, as demonstrated by faster drying times than naphthene or isoparaffin-based solvents. The single substance nature facilitates highly efficient distillation recycling, allowing for easy separation from contaminants due to a large boiling point difference. This process yields a highly pure recycled liquid with no compositional change from new material, ensuring excellent economy and simplified liquid management. NS Clean® exhibits superior cleaning power, particularly for metal-process oils, and demonstrates excellent chemical and thermal stability. It is non-corrosive to metals and has minimal effect on plastics. Its extremely slight odor further enhances ease of use. This versatile cleaner is primarily utilized for degreasing and cleaning various processing oils on metal parts, including iron, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel. It effectively targets a wide range of contaminants such as general processing oils, animal and vegetable oils, special processing oils, rosin flux, wax, water-soluble processing oils, and inorganic particles. Specific product variants like NS CLEAN 100 and NS CLEAN 200 are available, each with distinct boiling point ranges tailored for optimal performance and application requirements.
