High-Precision Bar Coaters for Ink & Film Checks.

The S-Bar High-precision Bar Coater is designed for accurate assessment of gravure ink color and thin coating thickness. It achieves precise color toning through high-precision management of the groove's pocket capacity for liquid measurement. Technical specifications include a unified groove pitch (P) of 0.2mm and groove depths (H) ranging from 12 to 20µm. Five standard models (S-06 to S-10) offer wet coating thicknesses from 6.6 to 9.8 cc/㎡, featuring similar groove shapes standardized in approximately 10% increments. The pocket volume is manufactured to a strict ±3% tolerance, and an inspection sheet is provided. Custom manufacturing is available for specific diameters and lengths, including compatibility with Select-Roller L60/L250.
