■ 2 Color Molding for Automotive Switch Components
In the design and manufacturing of automotive switch components, such as steering wheel control switches, combining different types or colors of resin into a single component is essential for functionality and visual appearance.
We are equipped with 2 Color Molding Machines capable of combining different types of resin into a single component through one integrated molding process.
2 Color Molding eliminates the complexity of producing separate plastic components and helps prevent separation or positional misalignment between the two materials.
This process enables the production of automotive switch components with high dimensional accuracy, durable structures, and designs that meet automotive industry standards, all within a single molding process.
■ Integrating Components and Reducing Assembly Processes with 2 Color Molding
When plastic components are molded separately and assembled afterward, additional assembly and bonding processes are required.
By using 2 Color Molding, different types of resin can be bonded together within the mold to form a single integrated component, eliminating the need for separate external assembly processes.
This integrated structure helps reduce the risk of material separation, gaps between components, and dimensional inaccuracies caused by assembly.
As a result, manufacturers can reduce the number of production steps, minimize quality risks associated with transfers between processes, and maintain a high level of product consistency.
■ Equipped with 2 Color Molding Machines to Support Mass Production in Thailand
Automotive manufacturers in Thailand planning new production projects often consider production capacity and delivery lead times when selecting a manufacturing partner.
We are equipped with 2 Color Molding Machines and currently have sufficient production capacity to accommodate new projects.
Manufacturing at our production facility in Thailand reduces the need to send components back to Japan for modifications or production. This helps shorten delivery lead times, reduce transportation costs, and ensure a stable supply for high-volume production.
■ In House Collaboration Between Mold Manufacturing and Injection Molding Departments
Complex plastic injection molding processes, such as 2 Color Molding, require close coordination between mold adjustments and injection molding conditions.
We have established an in-house mold department at our factory in Thailand, with three Japanese engineers stationed on-site to handle mold maintenance, repairs, and adjustments.
With the mold department and plastic injection molding department operating at the same facility, adjustments to molding conditions and mold maintenance can be carried out promptly.
This helps minimize machine downtime during trial production adjustments, improve manufacturing accuracy, and support faster production line start-ups.

■ Comprehensive Support for Switch Assembly, Wire Harness Assembly, and Quality Testing
Manufacturing automotive switch components involves more than plastic injection molding. The molded components must also be assembled with electrical circuits and wire harnesses.
We support switch assembly and wire harness assembly for wire sizes ranging from 0.2 sq to 13.0 sq, as well as approximately 1,000 types of wire terminals. Our quality testing capabilities include functional performance evaluations, such as Feeling Tests, durability testing, and temperature testing.
In addition, some assembly jigs, inspection fixtures, and production line equipment are designed and manufactured in-house.
This allows customers to entrust mold manufacturing, plastic injection molding, assembly, and quality inspection to a single manufacturing partner in Thailand.
