Vacuum Suction Without External Compressor

EVS01 has a built-in vacuum pump.

There is no need to prepare an external compressor, vacuum generator, or air piping, allowing for a simple robot setup. This product is easy to introduce into locations without air facilities or equipment where automation is desired in a small space.

Suction and Transport of Workpieces Difficult to Grip

Instead of gripping the sides of a workpiece with claws, it lifts by adhering a suction pad to a flat surface.

It is suitable for transporting workpieces such as glass, metal plates, resin covers, and electronic components that lack gripping space or where gripping marks from claws are undesirable.

Adjust Suction Force According to Workpiece

The vacuum level can be adjusted within a range of 10-60%.

The suction force can be set according to the workpiece's weight and material, accommodating everything from lightweight components to workpieces weighing up to approximately 1kg.

Furthermore, it supports stable transport by allowing for suction status confirmation and drop detection.

Main Specifications

Regarding Workpieces That Can Be Suctioned

EVS01 is suitable for relatively flat workpieces to which the suction pad can adhere tightly.

On the other hand, the following types of workpieces may not achieve sufficient vacuum:

• Has large irregularities on the surface
• Has holes or deep grooves
• Material that easily allows air to pass through
• Rough surface
• Oil or dust adhered
• Small suction area

Even if the maximum recommended load is within 1kg, suction may not be possible depending on the surface condition or transport direction.

It is important to select the product after confirming the actual operating conditions.
