Electric Gripper with 52mm Wide Stroke Capability

The RG52-050 is a 2-finger electric parallel gripper that can be attached to and used with FAIRINO collaborative robots.

It supports a maximum stroke of 52mm, and the gripping position, operating speed, and gripping force can be adjusted to suit the workpiece.

It is suitable for automation tasks such as pick-and-place of parts of different sizes, loading workpieces into processing machines, assembly, and sorting.

It also supports gripping state feedback, drop detection, and grip retention during power outages, ensuring stable workpiece transfer.

Feature 1: Max 52mm Wide Stroke

The opening and closing width of the fingers can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 52mm.

It can easily handle multiple workpieces of different sizes, reducing the effort of replacing the gripper body every time the product type changes.

It is suitable for high-mix, low-volume production and transfer processes involving various parts.

Feature 2: Adjustable Gripping Position, Speed, and Force

The opening/closing position of the fingers, operating speed, and gripping force can be set according to the workpiece.

Gripping conditions can be set to match the object, from stable transfer of metal parts to workpieces sensitive to deformation or scratches, such as resin parts.

Feature 3: Maintains Grip During Power Outage

The RG52-050 supports a function that maintains the gripping state when power is lost.

Even if power is interrupted during transfer, the risk of the workpiece immediately dropping can be reduced.

It is also suitable for applications where workpieces are lifted and transferred, such as loading into and unloading from processing machines.
