DOWA Thermotech's Vertical Plasma Nitriding Furnace features built-in heaters for rapid, uniform heating and precise temperature control, enabling efficient processing of large, complex batches with stable quality and minimal abnormal discharge. It supports simultaneous treatment of diverse part types. Models range from DPN-5065 (Φ500xH650mm, 600kg) to DPN-13200 (Φ1300xH2000mm, 2000kg), operating at <60Pa (0.5 Torr) and 350-570°C. An internal cooling fan/heat exchanger drastically reduces cooling time. Optimized reflection plate insulation yields 20% energy savings and 47% increased productivity (kg/hr) over conventional systems.
