DAIN SILVER HKR

DAIN SILVER HKR is a non-cyanide bright silver plating solution, RoHS/SVHC compliant, requiring no special wastewater treatment. It provides uniform, dense, crack-free bright deposits (0.50-1.50ASD) with Vickers hardness (100-120) and contact resistance comparable to cyanide baths. Achieving high cathodic current efficiency (near 100%) and reflection density (GAM 1.80-1.90), it also offers superior heat discoloration resistance by inhibiting copper thermal diffusion (e.g., 300°C/30min) and maintains solder wettability equivalent to cyanide baths.
