VERZONE SF-310

VERZONE SF-310 is an aqueous anti-tarnish agent for all metals like steel, copper, zinc, and aluminum, offering high resistance to rust and humidity. Its non-sticky, paintable coating provides volatile corrosion inhibition. Applications include inter-process and storage anti-tarnish, hydraulic leak test water additive, and an additive for polishing/machining oils or a finishing agent for plated parts. Technical specifications include a brown clear liquid appearance, density of 1.0 (20 °C), and pH of 8.5 (1% aqueous solution). It is used at 5-10% concentration, typically by immersion or spray at 30-50 °C for 2-3 minutes.
