VERZONE META SEAD R

VERZONE® META-SEAD R is a fast-drying, solvent-type Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) that forms an ultrathin, non-sticky coating, providing long-term, oil/grease-free rust prevention. Its VCI properties protect hard-to-reach areas, making degreasing easy. It is ideal for resin molding dies, large machinery, steel coils, punching molds, automotive parts, and metal parts where oil cannot be used. Application is via spray or brush after cleaning. Rust preventive duration ranges from 3 months (indoor) to 1-2 years (enclosed storage). JIS K 2246 5.34 humidity cabinet tests (49±1°C, 95%RH) confirmed complete corrosion prevention for up to 720 hours, unlike untreated blanks.
