VERZONE OIL MS-6

VERZONE Oil MS-6 is a specialized rust preventive oil for rotogravure printing cylinder rolls, providing strong, non-corrosive protection for non-ferrous metals like copper. It forms a durable, molecularly thin film, easily removable by steam or solvents, with excellent osmosis for gap penetration. Specifications include a pale yellow liquid, density 0.85, viscosity 10.8 mm²/S, and usability down to -40°C. Applied for rust prevention during storage and transportation, it effectively shields the copper substrate from corrosive gas and water, even through Cr-plating cracks. Humidity tests confirmed no tarnish after 30 days, outperforming general oils.
