Rust-proof paper VCI

DAIWA FINE CHEMICALS offers VCI papers for rust prevention of steel, copper, and other ferrous/non-ferrous metals. These papers, including NITRA PAPER and NP-VCI series, are available in craft, white, or PE-laminated forms, typically 1m x 100m rolls, meeting JIS Z 1535 and Z 0321 standards. They release protective VCI compounds, applied by wrapping clean metal parts with the VCI-treated side facing the surface, ensuring tight sealing, or placing within sealed containers, maintaining VCI paper within 30cm. Proper ventilation is crucial; VCI efficacy is reduced by direct metal-to-metal or metal-to-polybag contact.
