VERZONE META SEAD G

VERZONE® META-SEAD G is a solvent-type Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) forming an ultrathin, fast-drying, non-sticky anti-rust coating. This product provides long-term corrosion protection for hard-to-reach areas without oil or grease, simplifying degreasing. It is suitable for resin molding dies, large machinery, steel coils, punching molds, automotive parts, and metal components where oil use is restricted, as well as during machining equipment assembly. Applied by spray or brush after cleaning, it offers rust prevention for 3 months (indoor storage) up to 1-2 years (enclosed packaging). Technical testing, conforming to JIS K 2246 5.34, showed VERZONE Meta-SEAD G achieved "None corrosion" after 720 hours in a humidity cabinet test (49±1°C, 95%RH+), demonstrating superior performance compared to untreated surfaces.
