■　High-Frequency Induction Heating Equipment

We support a wide range of heating applications using high-frequency induction heating technology, including high-frequency induction hardening, heating, tempering, annealing, and brazing.

We select the output, frequency, and heating and cooling conditions according to the material, shape, and application of the product. Because we design and manufacture everything in-house, from dedicated heating coils and power supplies to controls and conveying systems, we can propose not only standalone heating units but also complete equipment configured to match the customer’s production process.

We also support fully automated equipment combining workpiece feeding, heating, cooling, conveying, and inspection, as well as FA and labor-saving lines using robots.

After installation, we continue to support stable equipment operation through repairs and modifications of existing high-frequency equipment, maintenance, and preventive maintenance.

Using our own high-frequency equipment, we provide high-frequency induction hardening and heat treatment for a wide range of fields, including automobiles, motorcycles, aircraft, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial machinery, and machine tools.

For various mechanical parts such as shafts, gears, and sprockets, we support everything from prototypes and small-lot production to mass production.

Because we can adjust the equipment, heating coils, and heat treatment conditions in-house according to the material, shape, required hardness, and hardened layer depth, we can also accommodate special shapes, newly developed products, and quality improvements for existing products.

For heat treatment issues such as quench cracking, distortion, and hardness variation, we also propose solutions from both the equipment and processing perspectives.

In addition, for customers who want to bring previously outsourced high-frequency induction hardening and heat treatment processes in-house, we provide support covering equipment specifications and the setting of heat treatment conditions based on the experience accumulated through contract processing.
