To address this, Matsuda Denki (Thailand) Co., Ltd. established an in-house mold department at our Thailand production base in 2025. By transferring mold-manufacturing expertise and experience from our parent company in Japan, we have built a robust internal production system. Currently, experienced Japanese mold specialists are stationed on-site to oversee operations.

Managing everything from design to processing and fine-tuning entirely within our own facility in Thailand eliminates shipping risks and the need to send molds abroad for modifications. Consequently, when urgent technical adjustments or mold corrections are required, we can communicate and execute solutions immediately on-site.

Comprehensive One-Stop Maintenance System

When issues arise during the production process, outsourcing mold repairs to external manufacturers can lead to prolonged machinery downtime, creating a risk of delayed product deliveries.

We leverage our expertise as a manufacturer of injection-molded and insert-molded components to manage mold maintenance and repairs entirely in-house. Our comprehensive management system covers everything from mold and jig design to final assembly and robot programming.
