It allows continued use of current AC welder transformers. This system minimizes coating material burn and reduces electrode slant abrasion and uneven nugget size, particularly for dissimilar material welding, through optimized current waveforms. Technical features include precise secondary constant current control and an increased maximum pulsation count. Advanced waveform control, with interrupt, up-slope, and down-slope settings for WELD1-WELD3, ensures precise welding conditions and prevents workpiece deformation.
