■　Structure and Operating Principle

The MB (Internal Mixing High Pressure Fluid Atomizing Oil Sprayer) uses high-pressure fluid to create a fine mist of oil.

This device operates on an "Internal Mixing" system. This means the fuel oil and high-pressure air (or steam) are pre-mixed inside a
specific area called the "Mix Chamber" located within the nozzle. This internal mixing process breaks the oil down into a very fine mist
before it is sprayed out.

■　Technical Features and Control

The MB model is designed to mix the oil and the air (or steam) at the exact same pressure level. This equal-pressure mixing makes the
combustion process very easy to manage and provides highly precise control.

Additionally, the equipment allows you to freely change the shape of the flame just by replacing the nozzle cap. Depending on the
needs of your furnace, you can easily switch between a "Wide-angle flame" and a "Long flame."
