Quenching Vacuum Furnace VF Series

Chugai Ro's VF Series gas-quenching vacuum furnaces, VFH (High Pressure) and VFL (Low Pressure) types, come in customizable S, M, L sizes. The VFH offers high-speed cooling up to 1 MPa (abs) for large components, using alternating gas flow to reduce warping and a unique flow regulator for uniform cooling. The VFL features a compact square chamber, graphite insulation to minimize SUS oxidation, convection heating for improved low-medium temp, and variable quenching speed. Both ensure excellent temperature distribution up to 1300°C (±5°C), ideal for high-performance applications requiring precise material integrity.
