Hot Press Standard Model Series

Chugai Ro's Hot Press Standard Model Series provides manufacturing for new materials, combining high-temperature furnace and press engineering. Models (G: inert gas, A: oxidation, M: high vacuum) offer up to 2500°C+, 3000kN press force, 1.0 MPa atmosphere, and 0.01Pa vacuum. Features include a high-performance press frame, efficient resistance heating, two-step pressure control, and full process automation. A continuous hot press is also available for high-volume, uniform production of ceramics, graphite, and advanced materials, with optional high-strength die cases.
