Custom-Made Parts Made Right the First Time! Japanese-Quality “Manufacturing” That Met Yamada Machine Tool’s Request

Mr. Yuki Handa, Engineering Supervisor at Yamada Machine Tool (Thailand) (hereinafter referred to as YMTT), which sells various marking machines and special tools in Thailand, places tremendous trust in Mr. Tetsuya Nagai, President of Nagai Giken (Thailand).

“I was happy that YMTT asked us to take on the job because there was no one else who could handle it,” said President Nagai. He modestly added, “We didn’t do anything particularly special. We simply repaired the component accurately according to the drawing.”

The repaired component reportedly remained unbroken even after more than one year, and the automated equipment is still operating today.

President Nagai listed the following reasons why the company is able to “manufacture exactly according to the drawing as a matter of course.”
