Thank you for visiting our website.
My name is Matsukata from NIPPON CUTTING & WELDING EQUIPMENT Co., Ltd.

Our company manufactures gas supply-related equipment, with sales operations primarily in Japan, but also in Southeast Asia, including Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, as well as India and Eastern Europe. Shortly after taking up my position in October 2019, we faced the unprecedented challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic, experiencing a sharp decline in production volume in 2020 and 2021. However, thanks to your support, we were able to achieve a V-shaped recovery in 2022.

Currently, we face new challenges, including rising raw material prices, logistics costs, and currency fluctuations, as well as intensifying price competition. Since assuming the position of MD in April 2022, I have been working hard to improve profits through close collaboration with our business partners.

With our unwavering philosophy of "safety first," we will contribute to society through the manufacture of high-quality products. In these rapidly changing times, we will continue to move forward with technological innovation and sustainable management as "gas professionals" that live up to our customers' trust.
