The KOGANEI NCTN Series introduces innovative Mark-free Non-contact Transfer Components, designed to handle delicate workpieces without leaving marks or deformation. These components are ideal for transferring soft foods (e.g., bread dough, mochi) and thin materials (e.g., paper, plastic bags) that are prone to damage or marking by conventional vacuum suction. Technically, the NCTN series offers models from φ10 to φ80, providing lifting forces up to 21 N (NCTN80N) and consumption flow rates up to 350 L/min, varying with model and supply air pressure. Operating with clean air at 0.1-0.7 MPa and 5-60 °C, the main parts are constructed from stainless steel. Proper use requires clean, filtered air and avoidance of corrosive environments.
