The KOGANEI SmartMini Compressor offers a compact, lightweight (2.4kg), and oil-free solution for both positive pressure (compressor) and negative pressure (vacuum pump) applications. Ideal for robot hands, vacuum pads, and autonomous mobile robots, its horizontal type boasts an installation area of A5 size (144x190mm) or less, operating quietly below 50 dB. Technically, the positive pressure type achieves a discharge flow rate of 4L/min at 0.5 MPa and a maximum pressure of 0.6MPa, with automatic stop at 0.6MPa and restart at 0.5MPa. The negative pressure type provides a maximum suction flow rate of 10L/min and an ultimate vacuum pressure of -85kPa, stopping at -85kPa and restarting at -60kPa. These unload/load pressures are adjustable by the user. Featuring "Plug and Play" simplicity, the unit integrates an I/O interface for STOP/RESTART control and PRESSURE/ERROR output, aiding in vibration suppression and visual error detection. An RS485 communication function further allows for reading error history, I/O control, status monitoring, and accumulated operating time, supporting predictive maintenance. Flexible installation options include rubber feet, bottom mounting, or L-brackets, and it operates on DC24V or AC power within 5-40°C ambient temperatures.
