Compact High-Precision Linear Actuators.

The Mini Guide Slider is a compact, high-precision, RoHS-compliant actuator series featuring an integrated table and guide. It achieves exceptional mounting precision with running parallelism of 0.005mm [0.00020 in.] and mounting parallelism of 0.03mm [0.0012 in.]. A 4-point contact linear guide system, utilizing bearing cages and pre-load, ensures stable operation under diverse loads. Available in bore sizes from φ4.5 to φ32, with strokes up to 150mm, the series includes standard, clean system (Class 5/6 equivalent), buffered, stroke-adjusting, end-keep, side-mounted, rear-piping, and shock-absorbing types. Operating pressures range from 0.1 to 0.7 MPa, and speeds from 30 to 500 mm/s. High repeatability of ±0.02 mm [±0.0008 in.] is maintained. Optional Stroke Sensors offer precise length sensing in 1/100 mm units, with 0.0025 mm resolution and ±0.015 mm accuracy, ideal for workpiece sorting and precision inspection. A Linear Magnetic Sensor Controller provides analog (1-5 VDC) and four switch outputs for flexible position detection. These actuators are well-suited for manufacturing applications requiring compact, accurate linear motion.
